Products & Custom Orders

• Many of our products are made to order and customized. By placing an order, you confirm that all customization details (such as names, numbers, or designs) are correct.

• Due to the personalized nature of custom items:

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has started.

  • Slight variations in color, placement, or design may occur and are considered part of the handmade process.

Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise.

• Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

Order Processing & Delivery

• Delivery is available within the UAE only.

• Delivery times may vary depending on location.

• Maithaa Design Studio is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, incorrect delivery details, or other delivery-related issues.

Intellectual Property

• All designs, illustrations, artwork, logos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Maithaa Design Studio and may not be copied or used without written permission.
